when I pull the branches down should I leaves them pulled down for a few days or the remainder of the grow and adjust as needed? Not doing the entire plant, just spreading the branches to the outside.

I bowl train my autoflowers in when I do its usually around day 30 day 33 right before preflower and I tie my side branches all the way back and leave them the rest of its life that way all the buds that weren't going to get any light grow big and you get lot more yield that way but I don't know what you're asking I never done LST training before that's some type of stress training I don't see where you can hurt anything now my autoflowers I do not top them I do not crop them I don't even pull any leaves off of them until late bloom maybe mid bloom contrary to what other believe I believe well I know that and Autoflower Grows by it's a life cycle and if you go to touch him its life cycle you're going to put it in shock and you're going to stop the growth and you're not going to get close to the yield you should have got now I have heard of people doing that intentionally 4 little small grow boxes and cabinets butt I'm not into anything like that I want as much as I can get because I don't buy for sale it's all personal for me if some of my friends and family

Yeah that's what I did! I did bowl training but some people see it as low stress training. I just did my last plant today and it only took a couple hours for the heads to turn up!
So you leave the branches tied down the entire grow? I'm around day 25-27. My plants are showing preflowers though, nothing to really see just a bunch of white little spikes so far.
I was curious because my main cola is much higher than the ones I have tied down and I'm not sure how effective it will be? I mean of course they will get more exposure to light, but the light is farther away... I suppose that's a positive trade off? A couple of my plants are more even, than the other two though.

Yeah if you go to grow pot cheaply on YouTube watch his videos on getting big yield on autos that's where I learned how to build train my Autos actually I learn how to grow my Autos from him he has close to a world record broken on a Northern Lights Auto 13 some ounces and then I believe he's got a world record on another Autoflower if I'm not mistaken now when I mean world record I mean video proof documented of the grow and the yield after it dries he has that good watches videos Man he's kind of Spacey he has a DD like me and PTSD but just bear with him and you'll learn a lot I promise he also sells the best LED light on the market right now at a price that's going to put other competitors out of business

Yeah it depends on what kind of Autoflower it is if it's just one with a straight Cola and like little tiny side branches I don't think it's really worth it but if you have an Autoflower that spitting out long side branches you want to open them things up you can double your yield go watch Neil on growpotcheaply video proof brother

And I just got to be honest with you I would say 75 to 90% of the stuff I Learned was from Neil on growpotcheaply all my Autoflower grow knowledge with Hydroponics soilless mix I learn from him

And please believe me I'm very humble I'm not bragging with the pics but that's what other guys taught me like Neil I like to see the guys that have proof not a bunch of talk you know what I'm saying I like guaranteed things in life if I have any control over it and that's not very much

See with that strain of Autoflower it doesn't have many very leaves so I don't bowl drain hose because when you bowl trainer Auto you're going to take up more room and your grow room so I don't bullet train the others that I'm not going to get an extreme big yield from like a Northern Lights Royal critical something like that you know a big Autoflower
