Could maybe of been caused by a PH swing in your new nute mix, but i reckon Blue has called it right on the CalMg as you are heading through pre flower and then flower the need for it is increasing, i am usually feeding a full CalMg dose by the time i am in flower. Just feed a half strength mix foliar on the upper and lower sides of the leaves, try to avoid spraying the buds, and make sure she is dry before going back under the lights as not to burn her.
As soon as she is dry enough feed with a increased dose of CalMg but this will take a few days to get to her, so if needed repeat the foliar spray to get more in quick.

Load up to full recommended bloom nutes. I spent 30 days loading grow nutes to my first plant. She took over 100days. I will only plant autos from now on with bloom nutes from start.
Great help everyone and I thank you for it. Makes me a bit nervous to give her full dose of bloom nutes as I just gave her only a 1/4 teaspoon on Sunday. I am going to up the bloom to 1/2 teaspoon with a full teaspoon of cal/mag. As its a lowryder strain and going on week 7 it won't or shouldn't take more than 4 weeks left to harvest. I'm guessing at the time of 11 weeks til harvest
I reckon your above plan to increase the CalMg at the next chance should be good, the Cal (calcium) which is what is needed in this case with the spotting is going to take about 4-5 days to get from the soil, through the roots and up the plant to the leaves, so you wont see any instant changes or improvements.
If things look to be getting worse and you want to get some Cal in her quick you can use the foliar spray method, although not really recommended during flower you could try just to hit the outer fan leaves even if just a few, as the Cal will be in the plant and available in 24hrs when feeding direct through the leaves.
The damage on the leaves wont improve now, what you are looking for is for it to slow and stop and new growth looking green and healthy, just stay calm bro and dont panic and you will be fine, you are in some good hands here at AFN.
Will tag in @Waira our deficiency guru, he will set you straight for sure
Well she is looking sickly this morning at 46 days old. I need your expertise in solving this issue. See the attached pics and let me know what all of you think. Is she ruined?
All-I forgot to mention her next feed/water will be this Sunday and unsure what to do. My first and last grow didn`t do this so I`m confused on what is going on. Some of you said increase cal/mag but soil is not try enough yet.
