 Looks like the last 2 of the 5 I had planted are female
I'm not 100% but kinda sure lol hope I am not jumping the gun that would be a bigger disapointment. I just couldn't wait any longer to share with everyone. Now to keep them alive for 60ish days. How many seeds do you think 1 lowryder will get I have to decide if i should do my seed run with 1 or 2. I am thinking 2 seems it took me 10 seeds to get 2 females. and in case i kill 1 yicks I'm such a happy scared new mom lol :jump:

I'll try to get better pictures in the next day or so.

If you seed the whole plant you can get a couple hundred or more. The more hairs you dust pollen onto the more seed you will get.

They are 22 Days today.

#1 - still not sure
#2, #3, and #4 - males
#5 - female

I have the three males in another room in the window. My plan was.... during the day when its sunny put the female in the window with the males for a few hours. Then mist her when sun is going down and put her back under lights. I was going to do it every day for about a week. My question is can i do it this way i wanted to mist before putting back with the other one if its female too.

Ok so I am playing it safe and leaving the males with the females let nature do its job. i chopped down the runt male the 2 males are in a picture together #5 is the female and #1 still dont know its day 23 today.

looking good terri... in repsonse to your question... you could just take one or both of the males when their little ollen sacks start to open up and drop pllen... and rub it all over the female... then spray with water... thats all hats really required... no need for multiple days hangin out together... although it IS a much more romantic approach.. :)

hope this helps

Cool so you can spray them with water right after you pollinate, it doesnt kill the pollen to fast?

I saw a lowryder grow log on another site that had two lowryders... neither was 12" tall. He germinated both and got 490 beans, or so he said. I had been following his log for awhile. He didn't seem to have any reason to lie.

John, are you saying to spray both with water directly after the pollination?

yup... no it actually "sets" the ollen in place on the pistils so they can "accept" it.... the times i tried before i knew this, i had only one or 2 seeds show up... since I've im-plemented this: 100% kickass success!
