Indoor Looking to expand/ need your input.

Hello ladies and gents, a good friend of mine decided to donate a 4'x4' tent and a 1000w hps and 400w hps to me. Now if I decided to set this up and start a grow what would be a good strain (high yield good potency) I figure with my current hydro set up I could get 16 plants maybe more if I invest into some more material. My father is a combat disabled vietnam vet and I would like to provide him enough between grows. Not relying on sog, though I will try to get it going. I don't smoke so I need your strain preferences. Thanks in advance.
