Live Stoner Chat Longtime grower new to forum and autos

Good evening bro, shown again.

Yes GSC is a top notch strain. I love it as well as GG#4. I have never had Colorado Cookies but will grow it in the future for sure. GSC defanitly potent and the flavors soon smooth but really enjoy the happy mood it sets me in.

GG on the other hand is a much rougher smoke, but not bad by any means just strong and deaply earthy pine with a very unique and fucking lovable dieselish tang on the exhale. The taste is much like the afgooey we grow around here but all its own for sure. The high is what its about though. It hits you fast, you now how some strains hit you quick and then creep to peak while others hit slow and creep to peak, and yet some are mellow the whole ride- this us all at once head and body and then just pure relaxation and peace of mind. Nearly every bong rip ends with me saying "god damb those folk breed a killer strain". Needless to say I have high expectations for the fast buds - hell I got seven GG seeds first off. Still have a few of the rest too.

As for Meds and Governments rapen the people I'm only to aware. I'm an activist on many levels. I fear that the legalization here will lead to the same type of bullshit and that in the future the people who need cannabis as meds will not be able to afford it. I want more than anything for cannabis to be out right legal but I voted against the recreational measure as I saw it as a way for the state to make money not a truelly free act to allow folks to grow and consume there ganja. Only time will tell.

Lastly, CBDs are truelly are amazing compounds. Look into the science behind them. I've seem people taken off multiple opiods as well as heart and blood medications after years of being "Drugged" by their treatments. A guy I went to school with has a son with severe seizure that for years were unable to be controlled by any medicene on the market. CBD tinctures have brought his seizures under control and has provided him and his family great peace that nothing else could bring.

Personally the relax my muscles and ease my brain in a much dealer and different way then THC. Also enhances my laid back attitude tremendously well, I battle depression and anxiety but do great with ganja meds. Now that I have been involved with the co2 oils I have the ability to mix and match in an amazingvway- truelly the way of the future. Got a jar of CBD oil coming soon. The first pure CBD batch we've ran. I look forward to it.

I enjoy the conversation and look forward to another.

I have a Colorado Cookie growing along side a bunch of Dragons in the dragon med section if you would like to see an indoor rookie growing one out. In a better than low end setup(cheap lights, very dry RH like 25-30%) , the cookies are doing awesome things.

Our biggest problem I think is the lack of business competition in our cannabis system. Leaving all of the Cannabis in the hands of 30 producers and in one type of storefront(think government run liquor stores where they set the prices) only means a closed market with over costed bud. But our government has done exactly that with liquor stores and if that is any indication($60 for 24 beer?? wtf) this system is going to be a greedy cesspool.

I have heavy spine problems, and I need weed just to get through life(upper mid and lower spine problems, depression, anxiety, insomnia ect ect) I wont lie though, with our system its very difficult for me to trust it enough to sign up. I am and have been on the fence whether I should even join the system, but I am going to talk with a canna specialist next week. See what happens. Honestly the only reason I am considering it is the fact that my wife is cool with me starting up a real indoor setup once legal.

CBD - Yes I really need to get some!! Have to step up and get some dinafem cbd autos. I have read a ton on CBD and it is doing amazing things. I could see tincture using the high CBD being incredible.

Take it easy!!

Thanks or all the help with nuances of the forum.

You must grow some CBDs for sure man. After smokn weed for many years and then gettn into the CBDs a handful of years ago was a game changer for me. Especially with the insomnia. I also quit drinking around the same time but the CBD ability to relax muscles and mind helped with peaceful sleep. I have noticed some strains are better for pain while others for muscle spasms an or insomnia.

I wish you the best with your cannabis doc. My wife was alright with me being carded and still helpn folks and gorilla grown before we had kids. Once kids came along I work only legal scenes. We are finally buying our own place thus me building my new room occurred. The area I live in is very right wing conservative and polarized on many issues including the ganja. Luckily the feds drew back awhile ago and now with full legalization they have to let it go. If you do get a script r prescription you will love the fact that you lagit and your wife will be at ease to I ptasume. Damb governments anyway always lookn for abuck to east ore redirect to private accounts.

Be well and I'll be checkn out you rookie indoor grow!

Yes so far I have tried just one "higher cbd strain Barneys Farm auto Blue mammoth. I have yet to get much relief from smoking/vaping, but I have found quite a bit of pain relief from Green Dragon Tincture made from Everclear.

Congrats on buying your own place!!

I will like the ease factor that will come with a legal grow. My wife tolerates my outdoor growing, but inside its a no-no for her. But she is cool with a legit indoor setup(which should mean grand things, compared to my current cheap microgrow setup) and it will also mean good things for the starting of the outdoor plants especially the autos which will get started in bigger pots.

So..what is the latest finish times you can get away with photoperiod strain outdoors bud?

Good morning smell. Sorry for the slow responds I do value our conversations just been super buisy with holidays. Commuting a few solid hours to the girls this morning and shit to catching up on here.

I been thinkn of ya latley hopen you get you script(what we call med license were I'm at) if so, you'll be able to do some great indoor and CBDs would be more available for ya. I responded to a dude in the new breeders forum yesterday that was thrown out that he bred CBD strains to autos. I'm very interested if his gears good. He claimed to have used a mother plant of Harli-Tsu a great CBD strain that a partner and I grew last year with good results. It along with abacus are two of my favorites at this time. We got the clone from mother gown in Trinity co. Luckily my friends wife has known the folks for years and well be gettn afew more clones again next year. If the breadings good these my be very good options for you. I have buddies that only grow and breed CBDs but havnt seen them in awhile, I'll be askn there advice for you also.

An optimal season here is planting out doors on June 1st and harvest mid Oct. That's ideal but usually rains hit the last week of sept or by the second week of Oct. Usually this is light and workable but the mold factor arrives. I rarly have mold issues myself but I believe that's due to my IPM system through grow and that I try to run more mold recistent straindude well as dry with a dehumidifier and I'll chop colas apart if need be to inhibit mold. We veg for 3-5 months indoors through the winter and then move the critters outside to become monsters. Some years well have a dry fall and no rain will fall toll Nov. These are the dreamed of finishes we growers pray for every year.

This last year was a year such as this but unfortunately a run in with my landlord made it impossible to pull a crop at my house. Relegated to help friends and dream of seasons to come. Thus as you look forward to your room I looked forward to buying a place so I never had another human krimp my style and screw with my meds. And thankfully that worked out for me and my family.

What's your season like my friend? And how's the script coming?

In another note, I ment to mention that my buddies wife is a Canadian, she's the one that runs the lab and that I'm partnering with to get a Co2 machine. She's a chemist and a 25+ yr activist for medical marijuana. Just a great lady all around. Also not sure if you saw my microbman post but Tims up in Canada and he's a smart dude.

Be well and talk soon - once again sendn ya good vibes bro

Hey no prob bud....it can get super busy and sometimes stressful this time of the season. I totally understand.

Wow 3-5 months of vegging!!! Those plants must make mine look like midgets!!! I start mine on april 1st and plant outisde on june 1st. Ideal harvest is oct 1st. Oct 15-20 is the end so i am limited to early flowerin strains.

Cbd - just assuming stickman is the guy you gave been chatting with. If so he is a great guy who i have talked with many times. Very interested in trying out his strains.

I have my canna specialist appointment on wednesday. Hope it all works out!!!

Thats great to hear about the testing you guys will be able to do. Please oh please get some strains from the autoflower portal an test them. Many guys are dying to know thc and cbd % for the black dragon strain amongst others which have some of the best reported pain suppression.

Hope you and your family have a great xmas

Greenskell, Ha! Damb computer didn't auto correct that one. Either that or I can smell your stash across the continent. :pass:

Yeah 5 months is crazy in my mind to and I don't run that myself but know of afew guys that do and they grow trees for sure. One dude has a scaffolding he built to work his plants, season before last he had one of the biggest plants I'd ever seen, roughly 22 foot. Huge! I believe it was a mango cross. Didnt know him well so only saw it afew times. I personally shoot for about 2.5 months but may go 3 or only 2 depending on what i decide to do with my room after this auto harvest. I may fire off another auto grow and then shift around for veging my photos. I like 6-8 ft plants because there much more manageable, but I've seen modern greenhouses with scaffolds that made it do able. Its funny because in one of our first conversations you mentioned our long season and I thought I don't know, were I'm at is much like what I see in Canada. I'm at 3500 ft in the mountains. Pretty cool though we have the same grow season.

Stickman's the dude and I'm very interested in his gear. As for the black dragon I'd love to. Made me chuckle when I read it because when I first got on the site a while back I read afew dragon grows and told the wife I wanted to get some dragon seeds and she rolled her eyes.

I'm really curious to see what the tests show on the fast buds since they claim 22's for afew. I had hoped to test before and after useing the UV but the more I read the more I think I may just run the whole time since autos actual flowering is so short. Just not sure but will decide very soon.

Lookn forward to reading much more on the site once the holidays start winding down. I haven't got much research time in lastly between work, family and gardening.

My family and I wish you and yours a merry Christmas and happy new year as well as a posative trip to your canna specialist!
