yup, 70 in the far north is sweltering, hottest I ever seen up here is 84, look for the deep shade, lol. Got all my greenhouse pots soiled up ready to go, couple days be overcast and seeds going in. 55 sunny and real windy today, if I don't pay attention and keep venting greenhouse will push 100, lol. Raised veggie beds are ready too, but got to get my seeds out of post office. Enjoy the green and keep working on your tan.With you on the weather today @trailanimal! Got the whole garden potted up today and in the greenhouse. I need to start 2 more potato barrels, then Im good for the summer! I got a good sunburn, but the wife got it worse than I did. We both even put on sun block! Love this hot weather we are having! Most folks dont realize that 70*F up here is just as brutal as 90 in the lower states!summer is here!

Got the yard work done and will have the wife to answer to, when she gets home. I chopped down a May Day tree that was overgrown and not letting our greenhouse get the all day southern exposure it needs. I made the comment yesterday, that it needs to go. She said, "better not"! So I will play the dumb husband and tell her, all I heard was "why not!"SO, if I am not on tomorrow...Its because I got my butt chewed and cant sit down!
On a positive note, the greenhouse temp went up 13 degrees in a half hour after the "de-branching debacle!" Wish me luck! Out the door for some errands!

Still on a borrowed computer, hopefully not much longer, missing free feeding here. Busy busy in camp. Headed down to river to launch boat. My indoor Voodoo girl weathered her first night in the greenhouse just fine. when I checked on her this morn she was singing too me
Be back tonight and try for some catch up, if I can stay awake,lol. Easy to keep going when "night" really isn't night. Peace to all you wonderful stoners.

Well..that was a weekend that was.....I got pulled into a load of work and didn't get back...
BUT..I Think I caught up on all the badges..so if I Missed you yell up...
On top of it all hubby got his first rotovator rash....took a big chunk out of his shin above his rigger boots.
Stuck it in reverse and couldn't step out because he was up against the fence..luckily it was the frame that hit him and he didn't have the blades turning..and thank heavens for safety boots...

Is everyone having a great Monday..?.....our weather has Perked in the last two days..overnights of almost 20'C..which is a lot nearer normal.
