Aw you guys n gals, thanks for laughs.

You never fail to make me smile with some off the wall funnies. Are you lot twisted or stoned ? Or both. Don't answer that, it was a rhetorical question.

26,950.00 Iranian Rials are still up for Grabs. Or 10,869.00 Belarus Rubles if you prefer. Or, if you insist, a US Dollar.

HAPPY SUNDAY....:pass:..sharing one.

How has everybodies weekend been...?..I'm seeing some Wild weather from our US Cousins...Lots of the white stuff....:snow1:...Dangerous traveling conditions..and the worry about power outtages.

I've heard it is on it's way up to the UK too..more rain than snow..but the last thing most of the UK needs is snow after the recent flooding.

Mother Nature..there is no beating her..stay In..wrap up warm and snuggle up with AFN until it passes..
(or the power goes off..)

Break out the "snowed in" stash...:pass:..and worship.

We have had a mad weekend.
Builders and plumber In on Saturday..friends called in for a yap today..so we are behind..but hell..tomorrow is another day.

When we bought the land we needed a new boiler for the cabin..we also had a new boiler for home and we needed a new toilet..so we bought them all..booked our plumber friend to put them all in..so everything was installed within a day and a half and in less than 6 months every single one of them broke down....

We have had 3 plumbers out for the boiler at the land and none of them could fix it.

The last plumber took it away Thursday to his workshop to try to replace the microswitch..come back Saturday..can't fix it..:nono:..but he had a reconditioned one on the van for 130 euros.

We had to go with it..so we paid about 400 euros for the new boiler and to have it installed.
We paid approx. 100 euros for plumber call outs and repairs..
Then 130 euros for a recon unit..with no automatic ignition....over 600 euros spent to end up with a crappy reconditioned boiler..and weeks of frustration and cold water.
This IS Spain.
Bloody Frustrating.

I did finally manage a wonderful magnesium bath Saturday after the plumber had been..:soak:...but I needed it after all the Stress.

Next time we need something new we'll just cut out the crap and save a fortune by going second hand.....they work better than the new goods.

Today has been more chilled..hubby spent most of it clearing up the builders rubbish and I have washed everything that didn't get washed while we had no hot water...:coffee:..sheesh...

But..it is 9 pm here now..and I'm curled up with the laptop..and I'm doing Nothing more..except rolling me stash.

Sooo..how was your weekend..anyone snowed in...?...

The dollar please as it is worth 70P
The other options are a little underwelming.
The Rial 26,950.00 = 63p
The Belarus rubel = 37p

Aw @Mossy, that kind of stress is not required! It's actually very mild round these parts, was reading how all the rhubarb around here is in chaos with the warm weather.

Just made some cottage pie for the family and look, I made bread!....actually my new bread machine made bread, but I put the ingredients in it so it's not cheating!

@Mossy

A very relaxed and cool weekend charging up the batteries.

It's been a weed free weekend :nono: but things have a way of working out and soon I shall be holding again :yay:

I live in the south and on top of a hill so no flooding for me and very unlikely that it will snow but you know what, I'm still gonna stay in snuggled up with AFN, which is my home from home.

Builders and plumbers are now curse words to me and it tastes like bile and vitriol when i say them ... mumble...mumble... (Gonna leave it there before I burst a blood vessel)

Good to hear that all is back to normal and a nice bath was had

Soon I shall join you in a vape and just melt away the harsh corners of the day.

Wishing everyone a groovy evening what ever your doing and stay safe and warm with your nearest and dearest.

Seems when I smoke a combo of 2 or 3 strains I get really high, like my cannabinoid receptors are thinking its a new strain, like smoking with no tolerance. Anyone else experience this?, or is it just me weird

The rhubarb farmer must be well annoyed, they usually do tours of the sheds by candle light and they say you can hear it creaking as it grows and now it growing off season lmao.

Cottage pie one of my all time favorite dishes, I now use sweet potato instead of the usual spud mash as it has a lower GI which is better for my diabetes served with buttered green beans.
I also like to add cheddar cheese to the top and Worcestershire sauce and then grill it. mmmm I am so wanting some now.
