Not alot brother ..just changing out a res atm waiting for some Ro, i got abit of an infection due to some crappy dyi hats i made for reflective lids from mylar and cardboard so im just fixing that and flushing atm ,no biggie

Idk!!! I mean I've seen where a seed has twin sprouts... just like fraternal twins. They've got all their own stuff to survive. If it's conjoined like that I'd think it either won't germ or have problems since they're sharing at least something. Would be cool to learn from maybe though!
