Yeah coming up to a year now tobacco free since switching to a ecig, was thanks to AFN and the member @Alwaysautos who got me on to them and off the cigs, he has been AWOL for a while now but could never thank him enough, feel 100x healthier in so many ways and can clear a monster bong rip without coughing up my guts, could not be better.

Glad to hear it bro so u vape now or use ecigs for nicotine cravings. I think the high is better from bongs ect I like a j to relax with though

Morning stoners. It's hot as fuck already. 83 and its not even noon.

I never started smoking cigs and I'm happy that I never did. On that note congrats to those that have moved from the killer stuff to the other stuff. Now its time to rid of that shit too. I know a few people that have replaced everything with weed.

My motto is "Just smoke more weed". You are hurt, just smoke more weed. You are craving cigs, just smoke more weed. Neighbor wont stop yelling at her kids, just smoke more weed. Etc. Etc.

Have got a vape (Arizer Solo) which i was using quite often, but as you mentioned the high seems more potent to me in the pipe or a bong, so they are regular at the moment, do like a joint though especially while at the park or the beach in the summer as long as it is pure, just no more baccy spliffs for me which coming from the UK was what was normal to me for many years, but dont miss them to much.

Use the ecig for my nicotine intake, have got it down to 3mg nicotine now and hope to give it up completely by the end of the year.

**Stoned smoke report on IPCa by Dinafem (quoted at 5% thc, and 10% cbd)**

So I wake this morning with the typical back pain and stiffness. I grab my coffee, and hit the patio. I pack up 4 good sized bong swats, and let the magic happen. It started off with a pressure in my brow as if I was frowning, and quickly melted into a relaxed feeling behind the eyes. There was a bit of a tingle/flush feeling on my scalp, but that was it on the head buzz. Totally clear with no signs of fogginess or being in a haze. By the time the scalp sensations started, I could feel the IPCa go to work on the osteoarthritis. With in about 1 minute I could feel the pressure in my spine start to go away. It didn't feel as if I was trying to over power the the pain with THC, but more as if the actual inflammation was being attacked. Just was with the head, the body buzz is not very heavy, just a bit relaxed. I am also getting small sensations of being flush on my mid section, like a slight warmth coming and going. Nothing hot, or uncomfortable, but almost soothing.

In my limited experience with IPCa smoke, I would say thins would be a great day starter. I personally work at 5am, and burning a big ol' bowl of Affie is just not realistic for me, so I tend to not smoke till 4+ hours after I wake up. This can create issue for me as I work on my feet, and on concrete. With the IPCa I feel just a clear headed as if I where sober, and I do not feel any grogginess from it. I also feel this would be a great strain for daytime/anytime tinctures.
