I'm not sure what we're going to do with the final product; I've got a bottle of vegetable glycerin I've been meaning to open and we really like the canna coco caps. @briman suggested I try some rosin press; I've never done that before and I don't quite get it. I have a hair straightener and I tried it once but I think my bud was too wet, it DID leave a tiny bit of oil on the parchment but I ended up with a compressed hockey puck bud that smelled really good (but that was about it.)

You'll have a certain quantity of leaf mater in the sift, you can see this by the colour.

With the quantity you have you could be there a while with hair tongs, caps sounds a good idea.

You could put it through some iso and strain through a coffee filter that will take out most of the plant matter.

I'm wondering about about the Gumby water method, the plant matter should float and the resin sink.

You have enough to try a few things and even if you decide to just do one thing, do a trial run first, don't wanna put all your eggs in one basket.

There are a number of commercial rosin presses available from $300 to $3999 for top of the range pneumatic press.

I posted a couple yesterday in Live Stoners but googling will find more,find one you like or can afford and then google it for reviews, not all rosin presses are made equal.

In the hash thread someone mention dry ice extract soventless wax AKA GOB (Get Off Butane) here is a method and video if your interested.

It is hereby declared that this glory made from dry ice extract shall be called GOB (Get Off Butane).

Here is a step by step for making GOB:
1. Put keif (dry ice hash) in blender with RO water and blend til the water is foamy
2. Pour through micron filter (45 micron screen used in this demo) onto flat Pyrex
3. Heat Pyrex (not exceeding 140 degrees Fahrenheit) til 80-90% of the water is cooked off then immediately refrigerate (for about 45-60 minutes depending on the amount of water left).
4. Once the contents are dried, scrape the resin from the Pyrex.
5.Enjoy! This stuff is potent. Please comment if this worked well for you.

I haven't triesd these myself and there is possible imporvements that might be made but this all I have now.

I have tried this method of GOB and even tho it was a first time,I will give it a thumbs up,it's not what I am used to and my stuff didn't come out like the vid,I say if ya got the stuff give it a go!! I'll post more on it as I get the process dialed in...peace

Looks like you're also using the Giphy site. Dunno for other browsers, but here's what I do with Firefox. Right click on the image you want and select "Copy Image Location". Then paste the link you copied into a post here between the IMG and /IMG tags enclosed in square brackets. Looks like yours is missing the "giphy.gif" file from the end, so likely it's the page your image is on in your link versus the image itself. Hope this helps!!!

What's up brother @ChillFred ,my empty stocking fund for my led is still empty...lol...I'm actually close to the required fundage and I'm also waiting on a load of seeds,,getting ready to get busy for the season...like they say "make hay while the sun shines",gonna get the greenhouse in order this week too...hope you have an awesome and Stoney weekend !!
