Tough subject, but I agree regarding have your cake and eat it. The CBD angle allows them to seem to care but not have to enact any real or meaningful legislation. So the pols get strokes for "caring" but actually have done nothing.
And truly if the CBD will help folks then it is a good thing. Not sure how other states work but here we have had success by getting a public vote. They cannot or at least should not get around a referendum passed by a majority public vote!
So we need to get out and get folks to vote, and we need to get this stuff on our ballots so we can vote on it!! We need to stop allowing the pols to make these deals for us!
