As long as Penguin burgers are not on the menu, then I am cool with Krug's pov. We taste like chicken ya know ! But, the best chicken you ever had.
Bugger, maybe I should not have said that. Ahem, ! we taste like rats poo, honest guv........feck....foot in mouth..again....

Ostrich, ok, but needs a lot of butter basting(towards the end of cooking, or can dry out badly...like Buffalo!). ha ha, like I've heard here, the difference between edible and un is 48hrs, although it all sounds pretty good to me, avoid over cooking, unless something like brisket
 
Red meats I`ve cooked asper Fillet(+1min each side ;) ). Reptile, I`ve treated similar to Clucker(then let it rest, sorry...Asshole thing t`say...Rest all Meat!(My bad!) 555
 
Dunno about desset and the burger...but how about just making the burger itself even more yummy and artery clogging? I give you the double grilled cheese burger. Double burger between two grilled cheese sandwiches. Haven't tried one, kind of want to, though I'm sure my waist and heart would prefer I don't.

I have those as my inbetween meal snacks. And some times as a side order with my meals. At least two or three as side orders.
My chest pains are gettin.........arghhhhhh..........feck.........

we just can't take this shit personal, Life feeds on Life, sometime we on the menu, sometime top "o" the food chain, penguins too.......ride your wave........
