I quit drinking coffee after I discovered 10 years ago that I was supraventricular tachycardia. Caffeine being one of the things that could cause an attach . Funny thing is that back last April I had the problem fixed but still haven't had a coffee .

Tachycardia, a very bad experience! I could never really tell if stimulant drugs triggered an attack, for me the kick of was physical exhaustion, off which I used to mercilessly load my body. At a certain point, age, began to suffer from the constant abuse of over use injuries. Tachycardia put me on my back wondering wtf, will it get me this time? Wake up call for me. So, since I stopped neglecting how my heart felt, tachycardia is no longer in my life
