morning folks meh only an hour an a half late more tea :smoking:

no i work in a place that folks can get full pay for 6 months,then half pay for 6 months and im the poor fucker thats not off sick for 5 months and 3 weeks at a time.

ahh the perks of a full sick pay package,,i once worked at this place and they cracked down on the sick ,with if you have more than 3 occasions,,but it basically meant that if you was on third occasion you might as well go a few month sick note rather than what you needed.

Christmas is Cancelled this year...for the Elves to bring me a new floor.......they start work Monday...and we've got absolutely no Idea how long it will take..

I've got frozen chicken portions and two small steaks in the freezer...so what ever happens..we can eat...but that is about it.

If we get time off the builders we'll get something more tasty..but if not we won't starve.

Gawd you had to take on much with that flood, hope they finish soon the work

The builders doing it are friends..so they needed to wait until they were on holiday from work to do it for us..for mates rates... ..so we had to go with their schedules...
They finished their real jobs Friday..they start ours Monday.

40 sq meters of floor to be cut out and replaced...everything..including the kitchen sink/bath/toilet has to come out of the cabin and stand on the patio until they are done.

Luckily..the weather looks reasonable....
