I've had auto's that didn't get all the way milky...personally, I would probably chop this one. Looks to be a good amount amber in there.

Has anyone here ever grilled scallops before? I'm making grilled garlic butter shrimp tonight; but I've never made scallops before and wanted to try. Thaw, pat dry, then just grill with no marinade? Can you glaze a marinade while they grill?
