Mmmm...pretty Chilled......... ....

Too cold for the beach........

No shopping needed.....

Made a large chilli for the freezer........so hubby doesn't starve when I'm away.........

Walked the dogs....and that is about it for Effort today.......me heads on a bit of a go slow......so I'm giving it a Rest.....

You.....?...I'm Frightened to Ask......I just can't Believe anyone who would leave you in that much pain could call themselves a Doctor.......
