No, actually I don’t… I woke up by 04.00 but she slept so I moved to the sofa in slept here for a couple hours.. just gonna eat some breakfast then off to the gym 🏋

I spend more of my nights on the settee than in the bed......no point keeping hubby awake with my insomnia.

He can't cope with not sleeping.......

I get you… but we have agreed to fitness together, but today (now) she’s saying she’s got a headache.
Then I could have gone by 05.00 if I had knew…. Now it’s a bit late.

Will just fallow my own clock from here as instructed
