I spaced out enjoyin my meal for once, really haven't been making good food, been too tired but I took my time and made that sauce, sooo good, bein able to comfort myself with food is helpful

Cooking is great for spacing out for me. Get a speaker in the kitchen that's so loud you can't hear anybody talking to you, and nobody will talk to you Plus you can vibe
