Doing well this morning. Jamming to Leonard Cohen and NIck Cave, And going over a setlist with another musician friend, And trying to decide if half of what he sings to would be worth doing.

She is right! Hawaiians LOVE Spam! Found that out when I was stationed there for almost 6 years. They have ENDLESS recipes with it!
From what I understand, it came from WWII with all the huge shipments that went thru there.
My Grandma used it with scrambled eggs. They didn't have the lower salt version then and it was way too salty fer me.
