All of the recipes for T-day at The MOG's house were posted last year in the food thread. Just Ms.MOG and me this year with a 10# bird. The croutons for the dressing are gluten free as well as the pie dough. Ms.MOG made a fresh pumpkin pie last week to perfect her GF pie dough. It is almost indistinguishable from the regular stuff. Since we already had pumpkin, pecan pie is tomorrows desert. I roasted a batch of Mocha/Java for the espresso to go with the pie.


We have much to be thankful for and we are. Happy Thanksgiving to all that celebrate it.

Everybody else just get high for whatever reason or no reason you want

Just finished and put away all the smoked piggy.
That Pie an Coffee sounds good! My Mom's Pecan Pie was outta this world. Native pecans(much better flavor and oil), tiny bit of molassas and a little fine coconut were some of her changes from the traditional recipes.
