Look at that...Aberdeen Angus....marbled and matured...the fat is yellow.
For some Mad reason it is coming through our supermarket for 14 euros a kilo....
That is a 1 lb slab...I buy 1 Fat steak...coz you can cook a fat steak...then I half it.
2 x 8oz Aberdeen Angus steaks.. 3.50 euros per person....giving it away...New Years day dinner...touch of salt..white pepper....

Prawn cocktail starter...boiled egg..chopped prawn..touch of chilli sauce and a sprinkling of paprika......no cutlery...chilled NY's dinner....
few baked tatties for chips..cooked in the beef fat..where is the drama....

Pork chops today and tomorrow...they do do lovely pork in Spain..not afraid of fatty meat...
If you cook it right...the fat just keeps the meat moist during the cooking process....and it is great for your roast tatties....View attachment 1145116
I'm missing me cooker/oven.....
It’s healthy fat, and no need too add artificial fats if the meat had no fat. The fat of the meant brings its own flavour too the meat 100 percent.
