h:...start checking and amending it...Normal recommendations on urine PH is above PH 7..but I am looking at upping mine to ph 7.5-8..
Low PH leads to mucus/congestion..if you start to wheeze..try upping it...keep the crap off your chest.
AFN will remain Open and upbeat...please everyone make the effort to keep it that way...Support each other.

Got an elderly neighbour nearby? A wee knock to chat for a bit (from an appropriate distance) n mibbes see if they need anything? could make a nice difference
