My son in law texted me this morning and asked if I had seen 11 minutes on Paramount.
I said I had not heard about it. Googled it and it looks interesting. It was crazy being on the strip that night.

Anyone here ever work for the cable company? They came and turned our internet on today but 15min later it was off again and the foreigners on the tech support line were morons! They initially said to go to whatever panel in the garage and reset the system but not sure if its the panel i gotta unscrew to access and they said they would do it remotely but no change! Then on my moms next call to the supervisor we find out they were thinking we were at the old house not new address so that’s obviously what they were remotely resetting not the 1 at the new house! And a technician won’t be here til tomorrow and i am tired of staring at the walls! And i done used up all my hotspot for the month in 2 days! :cuss::deadhorse::crying:

You have an app for the cable company? I can see all the stuff that goes with my account and reset things individually through the app :pass:

Can't you just unplug the modem and router for a minute then restart that's what I do :shrug::pass:
