So Im a little disappointed with my state. I just figured out the work around they have going on with THC-A and it's hazy legality in WI. Turns out anything labeled with THC-A is actually under the federally legal limit of .3% and the rest is delta 8 or hhc....at this point why not just legalize....I feel like this is almost false advertising.

You can buy thca flower online from a million places and have it shipped legally. I don't trust it, but it's real. Most of what used to be CBD stores in my area carry thca flower now too. It's still weed to the police if it's not fully legal in your state, but it'll get through the mail

Pfft! Chatted with tech support and they tried everything possible from their end so gotta wait til tomorrow for a technician to come fix it! No clue why it worked for 15 minutes and then cut out!

We have Thca flower in our local dispensaries in Nebraska. It will get you high to this certain level, but only to a certain level, and never past that level. It smokes like weed, but it looks like it's sprayed with distillate.

My sneaking hunch is that it's hemp flower that's sprayed and sold. There was guy awhile back (maybe on the forum I don't remember) that was pushing his hemp flower cannagars, and well. It's weed. Technically. Aint gonna get you ripped like you want tho.
