enquiring stoner mindz wanna know -> did "standard data ratez apply" to that trim job-? jus curious....:rolleyes2: ppp
Nope, underwear gnomes did it for socks that I find in the couch from the kids. :baked:

In my humble, all email and financial addresses should be double factored. That way, the perps can't do a damn thing with your address unless you loan them your phone (for just one way to set two factor up). As @420Forever says, DOOOO EEEET.:pighug:
You’re not gonna like this then. Polymorphic malware, can change itself to suit the occasion up to and including perfect imitations of things like the icon and screen of your password manager, bank account, etc. Up to and including spoofing MFA. Looks like the work is going to have to go to passkeys now. It’s all totally fucked. We’re quite worried about this shit.

I think I know what polymorphic malware is, and in particular how it enables malware to avoid detection. I do not understand how it can defeat two factor authentication when the code used to complete the login is generated only once on a separate device. When I log in fresh to a financial site, I have to use my phone to generate the necessary code to log in, and the code lasts only seconds. How is my laptop, even if infected, going to obtain a code that works? Honest question, I would love to be enlightened. :bighug:

This doesn't sound great. Especially for people like me that don't know what a passkey is

All my online stuff is changing. My credit union and mortgage company send codes to my cell to log in. Trying to keep up. Fuck

Agreed! I went to my gmail and it said a passkey couldn’t be created on my device!
