In my humble, all email and financial addresses should be double factored. That way, the perps can't do a damn thing with your address unless you loan them your phone (for just one way to set two factor up). As @420Forever says, DOOOO EEEET.

I think I know what polymorphic malware is, and in particular how it enables malware to avoid detection. I do not understand how it can defeat two factor authentication when the code used to complete the login is generated only once on a separate device. When I log in fresh to a financial site, I have to use my phone to generate the necessary code to log in, and the code lasts only seconds. How is my laptop, even if infected, going to obtain a code that works? Honest question, I would love to be enlightened.
