Foe 22 years I have worked for an agency that serves people with disabilities. I am writing my resignation because some staff at this agency treat disabled coworkers poorly.

This has been a tough letter to write because I am documenting some of the things I have experienced and pointing out illegallities in the hopes that it triggers change. The bottom line though is that I won't go back.

I hope they read the whole document. I might Cc the CEO and key managers. I might Cc my union. I will preface with an email asking them to read the entire document.

This is a real downer.
