Thread/post cheerleaders/goal tenders. Visiting recent threads and posts to make sure that we're helping members out with questions (if we can,) acknowledging their existence, or at least tagging in who we think could help if we don't know the answer to questions or if we see something that might be worth a look.

Like when you log in to seeing a whole bunch of likes, or replies to threads you know you post a question on, that makes you feel alright, right? So it's just helping to spread out that vibe. Everyone's pretty tight here; I want to make sure we're open to that circle growing larger because that's what makes this more fun.

It is a growing website, encouragement is important. I like it. I would do that. Infact I should be doing it anyways. I learned a lot here.

Lil Dab has always been a big encourager, he's hitting threads giving likes. Actually a lot of the folks in chat do it, i'm pretty bad at it.
