Must of missed it, we ended up putting him down. Vet said once they hit that stage you are fighting a losing battle. We were quoted $6,000 for the operation(s) and no guarantee of quality of life. He was in constant pain… did what we thought was best.
Really tough call, but almost certainly the best choice. Realizing later that you should have done it earlier can be worse. There is more than one way to get that one wrong.

Anyway gro bro, karma heading your way, losing a dog is tough. Good luck with your healing. :pighug:

A friend was going through a divorce while living in the same house.

He also had an unrestricted carry permit, and carried 24/7.

I advised him to get every firearm quietly out of the house, and after explaining why he did.

Sure enough she called the police and claimed assault. Said he even threatened her with his gun!

My friend remained calm as the police arrived. He made sure she signed the complaint against him before he allowed police to search the house. He took them to a friend's house several miles away and proved the pistol couldn't have been in his possession.
