Talk about bullshit! This is why i focus on instacart! Twice today (once for a $13 order and other was a fucking $27 order) and i drive all the way to the store only to be told someone else already picked up the order! You used to be able to call support but now its all AI automated and that stupid thing said if u are driving to grt an order and its cancelled on the way u get the pay still minus the tip but apparently if u drive all the way there and its gone u get shit! And it goes so far as the automated response when u have to cancel (since order is gone so no other option) it comes back saying it came affect your account if you cancel too often! And no way to get a person on the phone anymore!
