That's the only breeder we ever did that for, and I regret the decision because it allowed them to skirt the hard questions and not actually have to answer for things gone wrong.

@Son of Hobbes Do you happen to know the expected harvest window on Tdub’s Sweet Hairy Cheese? Trying to decide if I have enough time to grow one out before it gets too hot here. I messaged him on his site yesterday and haven’t heard back yet.

It's in the rules in the official contest thread I created yesterday.

End date is 6/14 (120 days from today.)

He said 120 days is the longest he's let this run before in the past, but he's okay if we have slow or staggered starts (some people wanted to be in it but weren't quite ready yet, and 120 days is a pretty good clip.)

The barely needing to tap pedal now is actually from the brake fluid flush! Air in the lines makes the pedal spongy and not as responsive!

Yup. When the brake pads wear down, the piston that pushes everything together travels further out. That extra space gets taken up by the fluid in the reasevor. If you see the fluid getting low, it's a good indicator that the brakes are going. If it gets too low, you start sucking air into the master cylinder and into the lines. You're pretty much screwed at that point.

@Son of Hobbes if you can build a comp, you can do brakes. You just need to watch someone do it once and you'll be like, why did I just shell out all that money. Live and learn. I'm more mechanically minded so I guess it more intuitive for me.
