Ribs 30 minutes pressure cooker...so the meat stays on the bone..........
Pan fried for 5 minutes to dry and brown them a touch.....firms them up...
1 tablespoon tomato sauce...
1 tablespoon runny honey...swap with molasses if you want them more smokey..
1 teaspoon bell pepper paste or powder...for depth of colour...
Coat one side well...turn off heat...flip and coat the other side...or it will smoke bad....
On the plate...drop good sea salt flakes and finely chopped fresh chilli on to the sticky side .........and eat...............
