Steak.. 7.13 euros...(but between 2 of us)
Microwaved jacket tatties... skinned...will take 10 minutes to make lovely roasties in the ninja 400 degree grill.
(That is pork fat from the joint the other day.....just give them a little roll in it..)
The bacon fat pan...for @Fermented_Fruitz .......
Onions and mushrooms caramelised in it...to season the pan......and colour the pan....so if you have a quick cook steak you can still colour it....
Remove onion and mushroom...deglaze the pan with a bit of water and stock...reduce until slightly thick....add the veg back in and serve.......no thickener needed...
Hubby come up the yard like the Bisto Kid......

Can't wait. Not a great start to today. Super icy out this morning. Busted my ass in the driveway. Cut myself up pretty good and think I sprained my wrist. Probably need stitches in my hand. Looks like I hit my head pretty hard on the video but doesn't feel like itAfternoon @Lil Dab
