Alpha lipoic and L carnitine mix was my Miracle tablet for nerve damage pain @JM ... :headbang: ....

It got me off the heavy prescription painkillers/treatment...:pass:... because it took the pain down so much.

Morning Mossy, I refused all sorts of painkillers when I snapped 4 and tore 1 (5 ligaments) in my ankle Bcos I’ve seen to many people get hooked on prescription shit… Yea I was in pain for a few days but nothing Mary and Jack 😜 couldn’t help lol

Edit… won’t let me give any reputation

Good for you.... :headbang: ..I was on un-switched off pain for 4 years..night and day.
(They call it the suicide disease..coz you can't live with the pain levels..)

I had operations through the front of my throat to electrocute nerves in my spinal cord to try to switch the pain off.
(Your throat crunches..front and back as the big needle goes through it.)

I could have morphine... lidocaine and ketamine infusions so strong they had to be administered in hospital directly into your gut..

I was supposed to be the second person on the experimental..at the time.. treatment to replace the electric pulse therapy with Botox for longer lasting results.

I called it off...and the guy who took my place..they injected too much Botox in...it leaked from the spinal column and paralysed part of his brain.
He was on life support for 3 months... before they switched it off.....:pass:

I think I could have managed 4 days...........

Holy shit that’s mad. Makes my ankle sound like a pathetic splinter lol
Health is wealth and all that.
I’m assuming you’re ok now? Or is it something that’s continued?

Left myself work to finish today....................and really can't be bothered.................

I have been out this morning and lifted the lids off the pots so the new germs get the max sunlight when it is there.

The sporadic germ cross seems as if it got over the problem..
(extra dry time..)

After a week of 0-1 C overnights...they hit 40C in full sunshine yesterday afternoon.....:pass:
10 hours 4 minutes natural light pattern.

:pighug:. Incurable and degenerative according to current medical advice.....but if I found a way to manage it....Much better than heavy duty prescription drugs and therapies.
