Hey @PinkyNotTheBrain since you’re here which of those 2 nuts do i need to put pliers on and adjust so its not so difficult to turn it to the off position! Last time i fucked with it i think i messed with both and now u gotta put a shitload of force on the knob so it totally closes!

The guy said he had to change a plastic washer on the inside but didn’t actually adjust what i messed with so its a bitch to get totally closed so no drips!

Well you're going to want to put a wrench on both, one to hold back on it, if you're gonna do anything, but the outer brass nut is the one that comes off for the stem but i mean it may just have to be cranked down hard now
