I dunno I top them usually about 15-20 days old and cut and bend the f**k out of them until they are where I want them to be.. :woohoo1: ....it's just my opinion tho...:bighug:
I mean same lol but I'm going for bigger plants now, doing this in a 20gal would be rather counter productive lmao

So your saying vapo’s plants are bonsai’s?!?!:nono:pretty sure they are bigger then mine :gassy:
I mean, I haven't looked in in quite a while but when I was riding the hard-core training and removal train I do believe he was growing in rather small pots. I know we had talked about doing a bonsai community grow lol

Point being different grow styles work better with different sorts of training. We all know everyone does things in different but still valid ways. Also like I said that missing kid got me all kinds of worked up so I'm not really in the head space to word things as carefully as I would normally. Sorry.

Chopitty chop chop dudes :muahaha: :muahaha: :muahaha: :muahaha: ...this is a Dutch Passion Skywalker Haze that I remove leaves from atm and will be getting a major haircut this weekend :wiz:View attachment 1574549
...she seems to be doing ok dudes....bit bigger than usual for me but a good specimen tho...
She’s not 4” tall tho! ;)
Plus thats a plant with flowers already growing so extra airflow on them is def a plus! I usually burn all my leaves off by about that stage but def not when they are barely past seedling stage! If too young to top u def don’t need to trim anything is how i see it!

I would absolutely have a hard time resisting taking leaves off that plant you showed earlier at that stage though lmfao, some habits die hard 🤣🤣

What does the small pot size have to do with it? MOG averages 5 oz per plant from a 6”x6”x6” rock wool cube.. Just one example I am currently growing in 2 gallon containers and haven’t not noticed a difference in plant size there still small

Sorry to be questioning you but you should know there is ALOT of different OPINIONS on this subject

That plant is well into flower though, @Fermented_Fruitz is talking about babies. Having done both ways I'm definitely not taking leaves unless the plant has already started setting buds or I'm removing that branch all together.
:yeahthat:
