Kelp alone won’t make buds like that! That takes high concentrations of PGRs to make those rock hard buds that have no texture to them! Just look like rocks! :yoinks:

My dad buys bud like that from his dealer. I told him its gonna give him ball cancer.

I don't even understand the appeal, its supposed to be a flower, not a rock.

It's what people think is better..but it's truly not...

That said. All plants produce their *own* PGRs, natural pgrs are growth hormones that are produced by the plant (or supplemented in the case of using kelp) and control everything from root formation to vertical growth to flowering and senescence. Synthetic PGRs are the issue, spraying plants with known toxic chemicals because there is no federal regulations on how an "illegal" plant can't be grown is immoral and unethical.

U do know the plant needs them leaves right? U shouldn’t ever take leaves off unless u need airflow thru a bigger plant and u are way off from that stage! :d5:
I know...but I've seen some crazy ways...check out @Vapo he bare has any leaves...sometimes....i only cut a few.....they were split or missing tips from me messing around....
Chopitty chop chop dudes :muahaha: :muahaha: :muahaha: :muahaha: ...this is a Dutch Passion Skywalker Haze that I remove leaves from atm and will be getting a major haircut this weekend :wiz:

That plant is well into flower though, @Fermented_Fruitz is talking about babies. Having done both ways I'm definitely not taking leaves unless the plant has already started setting buds or I'm removing that branch all together.
