We binge watched the last 3 episodes of Clarkson's Farm season 2 Highly entertaining show.

Whole Mary's Chickens were on sale so I got two. We had baked chicken for dinner this evening. Parsley, Sage, Rosemary and Tyme with a bit of Pinot Grigio and goat butter 450°F oven 45 minutes, damn it was good. I don't remember the last time I used all 4 herbs fresh on chicken. Neither of us like baked or fried legs so I made stock with the legs backs and necks of 2 chickens for tomorrows Albondigas soup. I put the rest of the breast, thighs and wings in the freezer for another day.
