LOL, A little "character" is ok, yeah, but not like this, too much rotten wood for me, personally it should be demolished and a house started from scratch!

The house next door to me has not had a full time occupant for nearly 40 years and it is about 120 year old house, it and the barn recently sold for 125k$. A series of owners thought they could renovate the old 3 story farm house, but no matter how many illegals the city slickers have hired and brought up they havn't made a lot of headway, LOL....they need to gut the house, lift and block it up and then replace the basement, then it will be possible to fix the house up and it look correct and not cobbled together, nothing is square or level!

Yep, I remember those days. Currently old and in our first "new" build. No character but wow, fixing things or even just changing anything...... So EASY! But admittedly a bit boring looking.

It says it has 4 moisture settings or 10 with a UIS controller! Seems pretty limited if its only preset options u can choose from!

I'd be surprised if the controller didn't let you choose rh% as they usually have a lot of adjustability.

Perhaps they are bringing another controller out soon. I suspect the current UIS has only 10 settings for the oscillating ten speed fans.

Also does it only work distributing the moisture thru that hose? I had a reptile fogger like that and i had to keep a bowl under the hose cuz when it shut off all that moisture left in hose would wind up condensing back to liquid and it would run out the hose!

Mines an old school house from 1873. Your right nothings square or level. I gutted 1 room at a time to remodel and wire. The hardest part was they could hide a lot of sin in a wall that was framed with rough studs with plaster and lathe. Sheetrock ain't the same animal .
