Welp, the new organic soil is all mixed up and cooking. Also got some 7 gallon soft pots from the hardware store. Should be ready to plant in around a month

Just planted so old Za'atar seeds, it's a wild oregano-type herb...we just discovered the seasoning Za'atar and like it. It seems to take away my salt habit, somewhat.
