First attempt at getting high/headache control was a failure. Second attempt currently in progress. I hate migraines.

Finish an actual fight? Never... I'd rather wave the white flag then argue about anything. But mine likes to "vent" sometimes and she can be pretty good at disguising it like an invitation to an argument. Today she actually brought up that she still remembers that I did a female friend a favor by feeding her cat while she was on vacation like 10 years ago and she still has to mention it. And I brought her with me to feed the friends cat... But that's also a dumb story now, where 10 years ago it was a discussion... But I also feel like we both will pick fights at times that are easy to fight about just to make sure we're each paying attention...

If either of yall have adhd, that picking random arguments thing can be dopamine seeking behavior. Good tactic is to distract with a different high dopamine reward activity when you notice it starting up.

Nah, mostly a side effect from my brain injury. They're usually pretty well controlled with meds but they flare up when I've got sinus pressure or with crazy weather swings. I used to get them all the time from the lights at work but thats not an issue now.

Well, it turned out to be 5 dr appointments 1 of which we didn't make. We got a mixed bag of news and some real
F_ _ CKED UP SHIT NEWS which before I get to that, I must say this, I hope I dont piss anyone off as that's not the intention on the rant part of this. So, the good news 1st is kidney function is improved , the not so good news we called the wound Dr. and they wanted us to come by
(The added appointment) as Mrs. D is very uncomfortable to say the least. Good thing we did as things haven't gotten a little worse, they wanted her to go to the ER. and Mrs. D sort of freaked the hell out. I was able to talk with the Dr. and we came up with a plan to try and keep her home till the cultures come back and she's ready for surgery. We've got 3 appointments tomorrow, Ct, labs and wound care. Dr wants to see her daily until she has surgery, which she consulted today, and we should have procedure done in the next 7 to 10 days.

Now for the rant. Now this pertains to COVID and as I stated above, in no way is this to piss anyone off it's just the TRUTH from Mrs. D and my experience today at the kidney Drs. As we all know COVID is a MOTHERF_ _ CKER, a deadly virus, in which just this week 2 of my friends pasted from just this week. So we are sitting there the Doc is going over everything and as any good Doc he asked our Vax status, we told him we weren't vaxed, he proceeds to explain why we should, then in the middle if explaining the reason why he stops midsentence, and states well Mrs. D she has to wait 3 months after having COVID to get the vax. We both went neither of us has had COVID. As he continues reading the records from the computer, he either didnt realize or just messed up when he read out loud where supposedly Mrs. D had gotten her positive test. We both look at each other again and instead of the look like the last time he said it, the words just blurted out of my mouth and the back peddling began when I confronted him that neither of us were EVER informed that she tested positive and it wasnt for the lack of testing she was tested on 8 different occasions all negative. Please explain what the hell you mean she has had COVID I asked, so you mean to tell me that my family and I were allowed to visit her while in this said hospital and be maskless while in the room with her all while her being COVID positive. I say again doc, he politely stands up and , says he's going to get the test results from the ego from the first Doc we seen this morning and would return. 5 to 10 minutes goes by his nurse walks in says Doc wants to see you in 6 weeks. After a few phone calls Mrs. D and I realize that the hospital exploited her real illness of having bilateral pneumonia, by falsifying her text results to get FEDERAL MONIES FOR HER BEING ON A VENTALATURE
man Im telling you this has really knocked the wind out of Mrs. D and myself we are really having a hard time understanding what in the hell gives them the right to do this we are also VERY mad .
