I have a beef brisket that I'm making pastrami from. Then a few racks of ribs that will be smoked and sous vide today. I can finish them tomorrow on the grill.
Oh......I'll have either....I'll bring a plate........
I've never had brisket since I left the UK...I've never seen the cut here........pastrami either.....
Gawd...brisket boiled to a shredding point...touch of soft fat.....greggs stottie.......omg...with brisket gravy dripping down your chin............aggghhhhh...
