I have a beef brisket that I'm making pastrami from. Then a few racks of ribs that will be smoked and sous vide today. I can finish them tomorrow on the grill.

Oh......I'll have either....I'll bring a plate........

I've never had brisket since I left the UK...I've never seen the cut here.....:woohoo:...pastrami either.....

Gawd...brisket boiled to a shredding point...touch of soft fat.....greggs stottie.......omg...with brisket gravy dripping down your chin............aggghhhhh...

Thanks for the reps @Frank the Dank and @DaleDenton, much appreciated. The solo girls would be a bit prettier had I sorted the irrigation earlier, but in spite of earlier issues, they are actually going to produce a bit of bud. For my first solo round, I'll take it, and maybe the next round will look better as well as make some bud. The nice thing is that a few solos can usually be fitted in, which permits testing new strains without committing a full sized grow to them. Gotta like it.. :biggrin:
