Meet "little guy", aka the sea cow, aka lardass. He is a rescue kitten from the streets. The then "little"guy would do a broken, crackly schreech at me and I would see him eat small rocks. Had to take him in as I did't have the heart not to feed the little fu#ker

Thanks for the Rep guys! It's just the right thing to do. The real trick will be a good endgame. I'm thinking and hoping I can take his equity and get him started in owning rental properties, but it needs to be done as soon as possible for good finance rates and I really don't see a big downturn to the market coming. Just hope the Russian/Ukraine thing doesn't blow up.
