Here's to a better day today!
Since I have both tents pretty much figured out, it's time for the next step
Just gotta pick two girls from Twenty20 Mendocino(thinking small quick known girls Whiskey Zulu and Triks )
, check the trichs on the EB girl(any day now) and sit down and finalize the next grow plans.
So far
known girls and potting:
1 Auto Elephant in Regular EB
2 Auto Elephant in solo cups
2 Sweet Bourbon Kush in solo cup
2 Sour Stomper from seed making in 3gal Rain Science bags for more seed making by injecting STS with two more dropped two weeks later.
Most likely girls and potting
1 Double Grape in EB Jr.
1 Sweet Bourbon Kush in EB Jr.
1 VidaMint in 3gal Rain Science
1 or 2 Linda Seeds Fat Blueberry in 3gal Rain Science
1 each When Whiskey Zulu and Triks come in in 3gal in Rain Science
Arrangement between the 4x4 and 2x4 will be flexible, but the 4x4 will get 1 regular and one Junior EarthBox and the 2x4 will get one Junior. I'd like to run both regular EBs, but that doesn't leave much room in the 4x4.
With the cup holders I bought, Solo cups will go into the 4x4. I still haven't figured out what I'll do for watering and feeding the solo cups to make it easier and time effective, especially later in the grow. Most nutes will be liquid, KNF style, with With BAS Craft Blend being the only dry. I assume a
little top watering and then let them sit in solution for 15 min to bottom water/feed to bottom water. Should I leave floor space for a tray to let them sit in while bottom watering to at least feed/water 2 towards the end when hopefully bigger? Towards the end, how many times will they need feeding/watering 3 or 4 times a day? Do they need something to stabilize them when feeding later in the grow? I was thinking of something like a rectangular Tupperware container with a lid cut spread out to the ends for the cups to sit in.
Any input is much appreciated!!!
edit..............
St. Tom post gave me an idea on feeding the solos. How about a recycled soda bottle that can sit in my cup holder and set the cup in that for watering. I can swap all 4 at one time and water them all at the same time in place. That will save floor space for watering them in one bigger container. Ideas???
