I also got a cheap microphone stand to hold it so it’s stable and still to get clear shots! I did far too many drugs back in the day to stand still enough on my own to both hold the scope and snap a shot! Actually returned 1st 1 I bought cuz couldn’t get shots worth a crap til I saw someone else using a mic stand! Now works like a champ!

Nobody can hold something this high magnification steady mate, drugs or no. If clear imagery is desired, some sort of steady support is a good idea.
