I watched that vid sometime last year. She tried to tell me her old BF grew his on 24/0, but he used salt based nutes. With her being organic, the health of the microorganisms is much more key to a healthy system. It's what it's based on. LOL!
My boy loved the mornings I made Huevos Rancheros:. He liked Chorizo RedEye gravy N Biscuite justas well. He'd do a 'happy dance' when he saw what I was making. He stopped at about age 13. He was just 'too cool' to do that anymore. I'd see his eyes light up and lick his lips subconsciously. I caught him in 'uncoolness' sometimes rubbing his hand together. LOL!.
Come now I followed the rules we are all adults
What Is a Limerick?
A limerick is a five-line poem that consists of a single stanza, an AABBA rhyme scheme, and whose subject is a short, pithy tale or description. Most limericks are comedic, some are downright crude, and nearly all are trivial in nature.

Thank you! And thanks for the rep @Frank the Dank! It all came out fantastic lol. The mesquite gave it a little something extra, and the sweetness from the butter, wine, and brandy in the mushrooms gave a really great contrast to the smokey umami of the steak. Potatoes and sprouts could have gone a bit longer, the spouts that got well caramelized were amazing, but it was dark out so I can't blame him for not being able to tell lol. I love to cook but I'm *exhausted* now.
How you distill that? View attachment 1437655

Lol that's way too high volume for me. I use a 16 gallon stainless still. 14 gallons of mash makes about 2 gallons of moonshine, which ends up making just over 4 gallons of whiskey once I dilute it from 190 proof to 80 proof
