It looks like both of these ovens would work for 11" pizzas. I would be sure to get both fuel options. It would be cool if you could bring the oven up to temp 800°F with gas then switch over to wood for flavor!
Yea, that’s what it looks like folks are doing, otherwise it takes forever to come to temp with wood. I’m switching away from live fire (wood) for outdoors because of the ultra dry climate. Every time I light the fire on my smoker, I get paranoid of burning the neighborhood down lol. Propane solves that problem…
