Prob won’t have time to order, receive, and set up before leaving. The photos will get a good drink before I leave. And autos?… well, if they had shown good growth and were larger I’d be having someone feed and water but the largest is 11” tall single stem with no branching. Was running 24-0 to battle cold temps in basement but won’t do that again… 18/6 or 20/4 for the win. 24/0 for autos didn’t work for me… I’ll be germinating like a madman when I return. Jean’O s what’s my name, Seedstockers Apollo black cherry and Mack &crack for auto tent. Seedsman blueberry, white widow, Jean’O spice cake and dank the tank for outdoor photos and when photo tent is empty at end of April I’ll be doing a Proph’s pinky t regular run and hope to self some HSO Passionfruit punch and CMOG autos for fem seeds. That’s the plan! Hope I can make it all work!
Pretty topical with my post here. I started my last grow on 24/0 for the same reason. Like you, I won't be doing that again. It was great early on, but you'll see why I won't be doing it.
About the same time I started my last grow, that had to be halted, I loaned a friend one of my EarthBox Jrs and gave her a Meph Double Grape. I set it up and she kept her running. She ran it and fed by directions as I would have, but on 24/0. She got great production and no problems. While VERY frosty and good production of bud, I wasn't happy with the quality of the bud. It will be killer flower, it's just not what it could be in quality. Yeah, I love "Mass Canna" AKA Coneheads, but quality in my main goal in growing.
She gets chopped today. I told her to take all the fan leaves and can trim the sugars if she wants and put the whole girl in the "WildBill Canna Drying Box" I brought her. She's got a nice cool area to let her sit for about two weeks.

Here she is! My friend is very happy and she bought two EB jrs. :eyebrows:
Yeah, I showed her my training methods too.

Seems it’s a lot cheaper to buy than build lol
Yeah but ya know gotta keep up with the jones and the store bought ones don’t compare @Mañ'O'Green oven. But then @Mossy has me thinking about money and this will probably be what I get and that still may be outta the budget right now :crying:

I think you can buy an oven for 500-1500 that would cook as well as anything you can build. It’s really about the heat (800+) ….plus you can find them in all fuel configurations (propane, wood, charcoal, pellets etc).

But….it would be a way to cook outdoors and not heat up the cabin. Think of the possibilities of a high heat oven! You could cook that big tomahawk in mere minutes :eyebrows:
