Good Morfnoevight All! I have been so busy lately I wonder how I ever found time to work:rofl:

Seems to be that the standard here is cutlet, sauce, cheese. Highly recommend trying cheese on cutlet and dunking in sauce. Helps maintain crispy :headbang:
I go more for the succulent. This recipe is Gluten and Bovine Free. The chicken is cooked in the sous vide before being breaded and browned under the broiler, sauced and cheesed and back under the broiler. It makes a fine meal. Less fat than a fried version - not saying there is anything wrong with the fried version. I ate it like that for 30 year. I just watch my intakes closer now.

Well, we've just escaped a tornado warning. The sirens were going off for quite a while but things have finally calmed down. Quite eerie out there. I'm definitely trying to unwind at the moment. We were hiding out in the basement and watching a local news livestream of the storms blowing through.

Got extremely lucky as just a small bit of rain fell here. The main threat was if the storm continued with shearing causing the winds to twist upwards into a funnel. They were calling for a lot of wind damage as they were having steady 80mph west of us. Somehow we snuck through a narrow corridor and it went both north and south. Phew. I am glad it was moving fast and blew over the region in less than an hour.

Not a fun way to be woken up. I think the worst part was the sirens stopping, then starting again, then stopping, silence for 10min, sirens back on. What the heck. Are we going to die or not? 2 scotch and back to bed. See you all tomorrow.
