Is it just me or does it sorta seem like we are occasionally being trolled in a fairly specific way?
Seems like same dude keeps finding a way back to ask same question just maybe slightly different wording! Maybe they think we’re enough of stoners that we don’t remember the same question being asked a week back!:rofl:

Pssshhh…. I passed through that stage of stonerdom years ago. Now I’m forgetful when I’m sober (which means…….I’m rarely forgetful :eyebrows:):rofl::rofl:

Pretty sure hubby has covid, which means all of us more than likely do, yay. A bunch of people at his work were out for several days the last few weeks after being sent home with "bad colds," like half the staff one after another. Hubby is the only one among them who still wears a mask, and generally only 1 out of 100 tables is masked. He said NYE everyone in there, employees and guests alike were hacking and coughing but I guess they just *had* to go out to celebrate. If any of yall go out to eat, make sure you tip your servers well. As a general rule, but also with everything going on you never know if they are going to be the next person out for a week and when you rely on your tips to live a week out of work can destroy your finances.

Good Morfnoevight All.
Well a worn out engine. The valve seals replacement plan lead to discover The timing chain tensioner worn into the metal backing, a badly worn valve stem which led to the discovery of a worn and washed cylinder. It needs a full rebuild and that is what I am having done. The head is already .050 below stock so I will be using a used head that is in spec New ones are pricey and not needed. I might as well replace the clutch as it is only the parts and no extra labor.

It really is not a surprise. It was the plan from before I bought the truck. These old Toyotas were engineered well and is worth repairing.
