Bro, those are some serious images that picturefotografie has captured. I looked at his insta and in there he shows his setup. Body, lense and stabilization ran him around 10k to start. I run a RED Scarlet 5k with EF mounts and I have no glass (lense) that comes close to capturing that. What he's doing isn't micro... it's on another level... one that only a grip of people can do in the world correctly.
On a "prosumer" basis, I'd recommend the Nikon D7500 body and Laowa glass that fits in your budget. Don't expect getting the images you were looking at but that's the cheapest most versatile rig for what I believe you may want and more versatile that the GRIII. That said, you will also need stable legs (tripod), ring lights, and an image capturing system to ensure no movement in the environment you are shooting. Any slight movement will render the image blurry because of how close you are shooting.
Ouch that just blew my budget unless I grab one used. Do you think trichome shots would be achievable with sharpness with this one? Image capturing system? Will the light from grow lights be too harsh?
If I aim for the lower mm lenses would I be able to get 1:1 macros with extension tubes?
Equivalent or better than this would be cool https://instagram.com/shinsimilla?igshid=1um4xkudi6tjb
